The Youth Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Conference aims to join the dots for all providers of entrepreneurship training to young people in Devon, so that we can collaborate more effectively in growing the economy of the region through empowering young people with the skills for successful entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
Co-created with Devon County Council’s Young Entrepreneurs project, this conference is also being supported by the University of Exeter’s SETSquared Student Startup team, Collaborative Capacities, People Inclusive, and the Royal Society for the Arts, Manufacturing and Commerce.
The conference will include a panel discussion, round table style conversations with colleagues in this space, and opportunities to collaborate on further solutions for our young people.
The main event will run from 9:30-12:30, followed by a networking lunch. It will be held on the Deck in the Innovation Center on the University of Exeter campus.
Aych Tour is a presentation by a transnational AYCH team in new local or transnational locations and venues. At these events the AYCH methodology will be demonstrated in action as young people can develop an ideation activity in one day. This activity builds on the previously succesful Local Creative Jams activity and brings it to relevant creative and educational spaces ( for example museums, galleries, fablabs); this model was previously used in the successful deliver of AYCH Tate Gallery.
AYCH Tour is our capitalization activity to bring the methodologies of our AYCH project to more young people, more stakeholders, more decision makers and more entities.
